Luggage Factory is proud to offer FREE Ground shipping within the contiguous United States on all orders over $99*.

*A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be added to any order $99 and under.

**We do not offer shipping to PO Box, APO or FPO shipping addresses.

Shipping Methods

*Please note, shipping times start once order has shipped.  Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.

2-Day 2 business days - $25.00 per piece*

Shipping Carriers

Luggage Factory partners with UPS, FedEx to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx; Domestic Expedited shipping orders are shipped by FedEx.   You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

You may notice that FedEx SmartPost begins the process on many shipments arriving from the USPS. That’s because the FedEx SmartPost Processing Facilities work in conjunction with the USPS to deliver your package.

Shipping Details

* Expedited orders will ship out the next business day, which is a processing day and not considered a day in transit. Please call for delivery times.

* Some larger oversized items (such as Trunks) will have an increased expedited shipping charge for FedEx 3-day and FedEx 2-day.

* A $9.95 oversize fee will be added to any order containing a luggage set priced less than $299.

Luggage Factory is committed to keeping all of our products in stock, at all times. If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be a 3-5 day delay on these orders. Sales Tax

*Items sold by Luggage Factory and shipped to New Jersey are subject to a 7.00% sales tax. Laws in New Jersey require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.

Re-Routing

Any re-routing of the destination of delivery for an order will incur a minimum charge of $25 (depending on package size, as dictated by FedEx charges). This may also delay the delivery of the package by 1 business day.
