Athalon?5 Year WarrantyDepending on the nature of the defect, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the product with a comparable model without charge and will notify you what steps you must take to have such repair or replacement take place. But in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for breach of warranty in the amount exceeding the purchase price of the goods. The manufacturer does not in any way warrant the fitness of the product for any purpose other than the ordinary purposes for which such products are used and there are no other warranties, either expressed or implied beyond those described herein. This warranty specifically excludes any claim for direct incidental or consequential damages. Does not apply to damages incurred in mishandling or abuse in transit (as to which you should contact the carrier). Does not apply to unauthorized repairs and is only for the benefit of the original owner in addition to such rights as you may have under the warranty you may have other rights under the law which vary from state to state. Baggallini Warranty

Warranty & Repairs: Baggallini has a one year warranty on all products. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, meglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. Boyt Warranty

Boyt Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We agree to repair or replace your bag (at our option) if any such defects occur. If your bag is no longer available, a similar bag of equal value will be substituted. The Boyt Brands warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but is not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles, and moving parts. If damage is determined not to be covered under the Boyt Brands Warranty, Boyt Brands will provide professional repair service for you at a reasonable cost. Due to the age of some bags, it is not always possible to repair a bag or use original fabrics and parts. In the event a bag cannot be repaired to our satisfaction, you have the option of replacing it with a Boyt Brands bag at a cost agreed upon by both parties. Our leather bags are made to provide everyday service, and to look good doing it. We support our Vacquetta Leather items with a guarantee that, for a period of six months, these bags will be free of defects in workmanship or materials. If you have a problem with your bag in that time period, simply phone us, and we'll provide instructions on where to send the bag for evaluation. We'll either repair or replace it at our discretion. While we wish all our customers would receive their bag in perfect condition, damage caused by common carrier does occasionally happen. Damage caused by common carrier is, by law, the responsibility of the carrier, and should be reported immediately to the carrier for settlement of any damages. Likewise, damage caused by airlines should be reported to the offending airline immediately for settlement of any repair or replacement costs.

Delsey

LENGTH OF THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY Every DELSEY product has a 2-, 5- or 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. To find length of time the warranty is valid, please see the warranty certificate inside your luggage. Any defect covered by the terms and conditions of this commercial warranty must be reported to DELSEY as soon as possible after its discovery in order to prevent any aggravation of such defect. In accordance with Art. L.211-16 of the French Consumer Code, the period of any resultant shutdown, to carry out repairs covered by the contractual warranty, of seven days or longer shall be added to the unexpired term of the guarantee from the time when the consumer requests assistance or the time when the product in question is taken out of service pending repair, should this be subsequent to the request for assistance. Replacement of the product covered by the warranty does not result in extending the initial length of the commercial warranty. ELEMENTS REQUIRED TO ENFORCE THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY The commercial warranty can be enforced only upon presentation of the warranty certificate ?given and dated by the seller when purchasing the DELSEY product (date and stamp are deemed authentic) option 1: together with its invoice. This warranty is printed on the hang tag that comes with an item and entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship. The warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt) are required if an item needs warranty service. The warranty is valid for the time period printed on the product and does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches or abnormal abuse of the materials, stretching/softening of leather, damaged zippers from snagging or overstuffing, worn/broken wheels or pull-out handles on wheeled bags. Limited Lifetime Warranty Each of the Zero Halliburton, Inc. (?HI? luggage products is manufactured to the highest industry standards and is covered by the ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty (?arranty?. The ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is non-transferable and runs from the original date of purchase. As there are different grades in quality and materials for our luggage products, the ?ifetime?coverage of the warranty relates to the anticipated useful life of the product and is dictated by the type of material from which the luggage is constructed: Nylon and Leather (except small goods and accessory) Three (3) years Polycarbonate or other composite materials Five (5) years Aluminum Ten (10) years *Zero Halliburton product from an authorized store or dealer (except outlet store), you will be covered by our limited warranty. If a covered manufacturing defect arises during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser should: Promptly notify ZHI of the claim so that a claim and tracking number may be assigned to the repair/claim; details of the claim and proof of purchase (you should make a copy of the receipt for your records) must be provided as part of this initial intake process so that ZHI can determine whether the claim is covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty; If approved, ship the luggage to the ZHI authorized repair center, cost of freight prepaid; and ZHI will repair the luggage and ship it back to you free of charge. If the claim is determined not to be covered, ZHI will still repair the luggage provided you pre-pay the reasonable estimated costs of repair. Exclusions and other conditions: All consequential or incidental damages are specifically disclaimed and will not be covered. For example, this means that damage to contents, loss of use and/or loss of time, are examples of consequential or incidental damages that would not be covered by the ZHI Limited Lifetime Warranty.
