DAMAGED MERCHANDISE & REPAIRS
Every product sold by Luggage Factory is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Luggage Factory does not perform repairs. Contact the manufacturer if you have merchandise that requires repair services. The manufacturer will direct you to an authorized repair center in your area. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, please contact Luggage Factory Customer Service.
If you received damaged merchandise, please contact Luggage Factory Customer Service prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists Luggage Factory will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
LUGGAGE DAMAGED BY THE AIRLINES
Most manufacturers' warranties do not cover damage caused by airline mishandling. If your luggage was damaged by an airline, file a claim immediately with the airline before leaving the airport.
