"We will not be Undersold"
If you find a lower price on the Internet, even if it is just a penny, we will beat that price by five (5) percent. Meaning, if you find the same item priced lower than LuggageFactory.com we will charge you five percent less than the lower priced web site. Just list the lower priced website, along with their price, and we will beat that price by five (5) percent.
How it works:
- During Secure Check Out: Enter in the Web Store that has the lower price, and the price that they are offering the item, in the "Web Store and Price" field of your order form.
- The lower price will not show on your order form or confirmation until the price is verified. However, your credit card will not be charged until the lower price is verified.
- We will verify the price and, once verified, bill you at their price minus five (5) percent.
- Your credit card will only be charged once and only for the Lowest Price Guaranteed.
- You will receive a confirmation email verifying the low price.

After Purchase:
Within thirty (30) days after your purchase, if you find a lower internet price, even if it is just a penny, we will credit your credit card the difference between the Luggage Factory price and the lower priced website minus five (5) percent.

* Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Monogrammed items are non-refundable. Luggage factory has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.

Luggage Factory also offers an expedited shipping option that guarantees delivery of your item(s) in 1-3 days. The charge for this service is $34.95 ($26.95 for orders over $99).
Orders for in stock merchandise place before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday
will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday
will ship the next business day.
At the present time Luggage Factory does not ship to APO boxes, or outside of the Continental United States which includes Hawaii and Alaska.
