Luggage Factory's goal is to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. To Help secure you satisfaction, unused* Items purchased may be returned for a full refund. Also, we will cover the cost of shipping on your return!** If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, simply request a pre-paid return label and ship it back to us! That's it! No Hassle...No cost to you!
*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Monogrammed items are non-refundable. Luggage Factory has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
**Free Returns offer not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free Returns offer also not available on orders over 10 items.
How to make a return
1. Email CustomerService@LuggageFactory.com and provide us:
- Your Order Number
- First and Last Name
- Telephone Number
- Reason for Return
2. You will receive the prepaid UPS shipping label in the mail within 7-10 business days. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS Store, Mailboxes, Etc. store or any location that handles UPS mail.
3. Upon receipt, Luggage Factory will process your return/exchange within seven (7) business days. Please allow up to 5-6 business days for the return transaction to appear on your credit card account.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s).
Defective or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately if your Luggage Factory purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective* or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.
*Luggage Factory covers unused defective merchandise for 30 days. After that time please refer to the manufacturer for warranty service.
